Entry Information
We encourage everyone, from small to large businesses, to enter for the Ghosties! After registering, you’ll be directed through a multi-stage entry system, and if your entry has a URL, you’ll be prompted to enter the address after choosing a category.
There are five categories to select from, and we suggest reading the description of each category carefully. You’ll be asked to include a brief description of why you think your nomination fits that particular category.
There is no fee to enter. After public nominations have closed, each category will undergo an internal voting process. Once the internal process is completed, we will announce the winners.
THE CASPER AWARD
For being a friendly neighborhood partner
About the award
The Casper Award was our original concept and pioneered award that signifies the importance of being a friendly neighborhood partner. Similar to Casper, the friendly neighborhood "ghost," this award represents companies or individuals that have been good for Greenville and also acted as community leaders in our area. Originally started as an internal award for the Ghost Brands employee recognition, it has now been reinvented to highlight community achievements and businesses that have been a staple and foundation of good stewardship in our area.

About the award
As our award system started to take hold, we wanted to continue to name our awards after pop culture and famous "ghosts" that would be fun, inviting, and a playfully unique way to show the recipients off. Thus the Danny Phantom Award was born — utilizing the old classic but paying attention to the age of Danny Phantom. This award is designed for those who are new and young to a business, industry, or community but keeping their heart, integrity, and honor in tact as a new brand.

The Pac-Man Award is the award the resonates with us the most at Ghost Brands. Due to the logo and iconic look of The Ghosties, the Pac-Man Award goes to a company or individual that is eating up the competition and clearing the board when it comes to advertising strategies, social media, or just simply being amazing. This award is perfect for those who know their market, have been impacting the way the industry operates, or just simply have been making waves in the community.

The Stay Puft Award is iconic for its stature in pop culture but also its its meaning — originating from the original Ghostbusters, this award is designed for those that are the "biggest on the block." This award is designed for a company or individual that has grown to be a major deal in our community. It could be a corporation, a business impacting our city's foundations, or a major company that has established itself in our hometown. This is the perfect award for those companies who are growing and destroying the competition.

About the award
The Mystery Inc. Award is a fun, lovable way to show significance to those who are solving problems for business, community, or our local area. Staying on brand for our naming with "ghosts" but taking a more holistic approach — the Mystery Inc. Award is one that talks about those who are helping and being problem solvers in our area. Being innovative, offering solutions, and a acting as a partner for those that need help along the way, this award brings those companies and individuals to the light and "unmasking" them for their loyalty.
